They have completed various fares and ticketing courses, customer care courses and they regularly attend refresher courses to keep up to date with the industry changes and advances in technology. The staff complement is able to service every kind of travel request as well as associated services. Like all business institutions, payment for services rendered is required after 30 days of delivery and in this instance, the proposed period of payment is 30 days after invoice.

Royal Swazi National Airways Corporation, through experience and positioning, has placed itself in an advantageous position to negotiate good rates for its clients. It is the view of the Company that the Swaziland Government can easily be placed under the rubrick of the corporate which usually benefits through discounts and otherwise.

*Prices of airline tickets are affected by a number of factors which change them from day to day.
The factor which determines the prices of tickets will range from:
a) Season, b) Time when bookings were made, c) Cancellation of the bookings, d) Rates of exchange
The above factors are not exhaustive of the determining factors.
Because of the above, the Company is not in a position to state with
absolute certainty that it can hold prices as they are determined
by a number of factors.The Company however, is in the position to undertake to strive
to obtain the best prices possible for the client within sound
consistency arid reliability for over a long period.
